Project Database

PPPs have been the main delivery mechanism by which much of the country’s infrastructure has been procured in the last 15 years. According to HM Treasury, over 600 PPP projects with a total capital value in excess of £56 billion have reached financial close. These contracts have been signed in over 20 sectors, and by over 100 different procuring authorities.

This has so far translated into over 80 new or refurbished health facilities, over 120 new or refurbished schools projects and over 50 transport projects.
