Scottish Government publishes Infrastructure Investment Plan 2011
Alex Neil, MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Infrastructure and Capital Investment has unveiled the Scottish Government's Infrastructure Investment Plan 2011. Over 80 projects across a number of sectors have been detailed in the £60 billion pound plan.
